Kagithane

Kağıthane is undergoing extensive reconstruction and infrastructure development. The historical riverbed within the area is being rehabilitated. This is part of the Turkish government's efforts to expand city centers that have become overcrowded, with Kağıthane being one of the closest areas to central locations such as Şişli, Taksim, and Maslak. The government has also implemented incentives to encourage investors and individuals interested in owning real estate in Kağıthane, including exemptions from real estate title deed fees.
