Esenyurt

Esenyurt is the largest area in Istanbul in terms of population, with a population approaching one million, including local Turks, Arabs, and foreigners. This factor makes it one of the most populous areas in Istanbul. Esenyurt is known for having the lowest real estate prices in Istanbul, which may be due to its relative distance from the city center. However, it has not been neglected by the government's attention and development projects, especially the Asnıyor - Mahmud Bey subway project, which will be completed in 2024 in its initial stages.
